Product Features

2x Hemel en Aarde Anthelia Syrah 2020

• Award: 4 Star Platter.
• Earlier picking to capture aromatic freshness and later picking for body and weight.
• Matured in French oak (25% new barrels) for 16 months.
• This elegant expression of cool climate Shiraz exhibits soft plum, dark cherry and complex spicy notes of pepper, cinnamon, cloves and crushed coriander.
• The palate is full and lush, broad on entry with rich in dark fruits.
• Enjoy now or for the next 5 years

2x Nymphomane 2021

• Award: 4 Star Platter.
• After fermentation, the wine was racked into a selection of French oak barriques (25% new barrels) for 16 months of maturation.
• This wine expresses the typical Cabernet Sauvignon profile of blueberry and mulberry, while the Cabernet Franc shows floral and subtle dried herb characters.
• The Merlot and Malbec bring vibrant red berry and juiciness to the palate.
• The fine-grained tannins and an elegant mineral core will see this wine drinking well on release and developing for at least 5 -7 years. 
• Enjoy this wine with cheese platters, red meat and venison

2x Noir 2019

• Awards: 4.5 Stars Platter
• This wine shows cool climate poise and elegance with an earthy and bright fruit character
• This vintage expresses the typical earthy and savoury aroma of this fine Burgundy variety and is backed by a red fruit character
• Enjoy this wine with mushroom risotto, roast game, cream-based pasta and hard cheese platters
