The Everlast Sit-Up Bench is an all-in-one offering with 2 x 1.5KG Dumbbells and 2 x Toning Tubes included. Strengthen and develop the core muscles while performing upper body movements such as push-ups, bicep curls and tricep extensions.  

Designed with a heavy-duty frame and high-density padding, the Everlast Sit-Up Bench provides cushioned support to allow exercises to be performed effectively and comfortably. With a total maximum weight (user and weights included) of 100KGS, the Everlast Flat Bench is the perfect addition to any home gym.
