Product Specifications 

To use the Gum Guard, simply follow these fitting instructions:

• Pour hot water into a mug.
• Submerge the mouth guard for 30-90 seconds.
• Use a utensil to remove it and allow it to cool until comfortable.
• Adjust the mouth guard to the proper position in front of a mirror.
• Bite down firmly, applying even pressure with your fingers and tongue.
• Hold the bite for 30 seconds to ensure it conforms to your teeth.
• Carefully remove the mouth guard.
• Rinse it under cold running water to cool it completely.
