The Salt Block is a unique new way to braai meat, fish, or vegetables. Place the salt slab on the cold grate and allow to heat slowly. As soon as the temperature is approx. 275°C, the salt slab is ready for use. Once the food is cooked, it can be taken off the salt slab or left on to serve the food directly from the slab. The salt slab can also be used to cook in the oven or used cold to serve sushi or appetizers.
