• After malolactic fermentation, the wine is matured for 10 months in French oak before bottling.
• Ripe cherry and mint flavours mingle pleasantly with light smokiness from the oak.
• The palate is characterized by firm, ripe tannins with a hint of chocolate on the aftertaste.
• Enjoy now or drink within 3 years of vintage.
• Pair with all of your best appetizers.

2x Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

• Award: Gold Gilbert & Gaillard.
• Matured for 10 months in French oak before bottling.
• This full-bodied red wine holds aromas of blackcurrant, black cherry, cassis, and spices.
• Sweetish and richly textured on the palate with good, supple, dry tannins, ending in a long and savoury finish.
• Enjoy with roast lamb with all the trimmings, a classic South African braai, or even a ribeye steak done to perfection.
• Alcohol by Volume: 14%

2x Pinotage Merlot Ruby Cabernet 2022

• Award: Gold Gilbert & Gaillard.
• An accessible well balanced red blend with soft and ripe tannins.
• A well-rounded, medium-bodied wine with inviting raspberry and other ripe red berry flavours, hints of spice and dried banana.
• It has an impressive smoothness and a long fruity finish.
• Enjoy on its own, or pair with sticky pork ribs.
