About
The Pentz family identified the best 120 Ha of well-drained clay soils to plant 122 Ha of wine grapes. Their philosophy has been carried through to the cellar where only the best will be vinified with the remaining grapes being sold off. Vineyard plantings are mostly on the south-facing upper slopes of the Kapokberg in the Darling Hills overlooking the icy Atlantic Ocean.

3x Old Man's Blend Red 2022
- A red blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz.
- Aged in third-fill 300L French Oak barrels and in stainless steel tanks with staves.
- At 10 months the different components are blended after rigorous tasting sessions.
- An ever-so-approachable wine, with ruby red colour.
- On the nose you are welcomed with raspberries and fresh cherry flavours, while the palate displays ripe red fruit.
- Enjoy with red meat dishes.
- Varietals: 50% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Shiraz
- Region: Coastal Region
- Alcohol by Volume: 14%
3x Old Man's Blend White 2023
- A white blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc
- A Sauvignon Blanc-based summer wine, displaying tropical fruit flavours.
- Guava and white Pear are prominent on the nose.
- A fresh lively acidity livens the palate with a finish of citrus flavours.
- Enjoy with light summer salads.
