Two-way shoe stretcher enables you to stretch both the length & width of a left or right shoe. For spot stretching, simply insert any of the removable 'bunion & corn' plugs in the appropriate holes where relief is required.

How to use
- Insert stretcher in a shoe: turn the plastic handle clockwise to adjust the length
- For stretching length: continue to turn the plastic handle clockwise until you begin to see surface pressure showing on the shoe. Do not overstretch
- For stretching width: turn the metal looped handle in a clockwise direction until you begin to see surface pressure showing on the shoe. Do not overstretch
- For best results, leave the stretcher in place for at least 24 hours. To remove stretcher, turn handles counterclockwise
- Tip: these shoe stretchers are not suitable for use in wide or narrow-width shoes.
Get plugged into the lingo!
We've spoken a few times about how fashion changes over the years, but something else that does the same is lingo and colloquial language. Remember when we used to call 'making out' 'French kissing' or, for those who were born in the late 80s, 'grabbing'? Nasty. Some long-forgotten (but probably used somewhere out there) words for cool include 'kiff' and 'rad'.
Similar to the above, we don't usually say that someone is 'savvy' or 'oppit' as much as we might say they're pretty 'plugged in'. So, basically, if you knew all of the above, you could say you're pretty plugged into language trends.
