This 24cm round paella pan with lid Chef Classic Lacor is made of stainless steel 18/10 and will be ideal to realize any sorts of culinary preparations. This 24cm round paella pan with lid has two handles which bring an ease of use and a good handling. Finally, the bottom part of the 24cm round paella pan with lid consists of three sheets (stainless steel / aluminium / stainless steel), kind a "sandwich" which allow it to be used on every kind of hobs, including the induction. Furthermore, its shape modifies according to the temperature. The bottom part is then concave when the pan is cold and perfectly flat when the pan is put in touch with a source of heat, assuring from then on a perfect conductivity. Stainless steel and cookwares: the stainless steel is a very resistant material, whether it is for the shocks or for the heat, which assures a very good conductivity and thus a very fast ascent in temperature, but also an immediate stop of the cooking outside the fire.

General Care

• Do not put your paella pan in the dishwasher
• Do not heat an empty paella pan
• Heat your pan slowly (do not initially heat the pan to max temperature)
• Adjust temperature during cooking process to allow a slow simmer
• Paella pans cannot be used in the microwave oven
• Season your pan after each use
• Clean,dry and oil the pan after use, as it is mild steel. If you don't it will rust slightly, but this can be cleaned with lemon juice or vinegar
