Making steak should be a relaxing process, but when half of it gets left behind on your grill pan, it's not relaxing anymore. The Saporelax pan from Risoli is made from superheat conductive aluminium covered in a patented non-stick coating, so you can get those great grill lines and perfectly cooked steak, with a minimum of clean up and fuss. You can even finish the steak off in the oven since the whole thing is oven safe and the handle is detachable.
