The blades of the knife series are made of stainless German steel, which has been refined with a titanium coating. The wooden and stainless steel handles fit comfortably and securely in the hand. The C1 to C4 chef's knives are all-purpose kitchen knives for cutting, chopping and weighing meat, fish, vegetables, herbs or nuts. Depending on the knife size, the blade length varies between 127 mm and 254 mm.
