Caught Online was founded in 2018 by two brothers. We set out to bring our customers a seafood experience that we know isn't available at your local retailer. We carefully select and taste-test every product that we sell and strive to deliver only the very best of what’s available locally and abroad. We said to hell with ‘meh’ and ‘hmm’… let’s go for ‘wow’.

Let’s do fish that looks good, cooks good and tastes great. Let’s brighten up the weekly shop and lighten the load on whoever’s cooking and let’s do it in a way that our children will still be able to enjoy in years to come.

Argentinian Prawns (Approximately 14 Large Prawns per 750g bag)

Our Argentinian Red prawns are sea frozen sealing the nutritional value, moisture and taste ensuring maximum freshness. They are also not glazed like most others in the market with the net weight reflecting the true weight of the prawns.

Hake (400g)

Our wild-caught hake is caught off the coast of South Africa from the mouth of the Orange River to Port Elizabeth and is favoured for its delicate white flaky flesh. A classic South African favourite.

Calamari (500g)

Our premium quality Loligo saltwater squid is packaged as 70% tubes and 30% heads (tentacles). It is caught off the coast of Spain, Argentina and New Zealand. It is expertly cleaned, skinless, low in fat and calories

Our Canadian soles are one of the best eating flounders species in the world. This fish has a beautiful white flesh and a delicate mild & sweet flesh. Our soles are pre-dressed meaning that they have had their skin and fins removed making them ready to cook hassle-free in minutes.

Sashimi Tuna Steaks (2 x 220g Steaks)

Our Yellowfin Tuna is caught in the South-East Atlantic before being hand filleted keeping only the very best pieces of the fish. These fillets are then put into a -60ºC freezer aboard the vessel shortly after being caught freezing them in under 10min to a chilly -60ºC which is how they will remain all the way to your door.
