The Everlast Heavy Bag/Speed Bag Stand is constructed with heavy-duty powder-coated steel tubing. Dual purpose for heavy bag and speed bag workouts. Promotes all-around cardio workouts. To increase stability, add weight plates to the 3 weight plate pegs, to weigh the frame down.

Easy to assemble and accommodate any heavy bag up to 45KGS. Platform height is adjustable to accommodate any speed bag size.

Included in the set is the Everlast Everhide Speed Bag which features reinforced seams for long-lasting durability and added strength. Balanced for accurate rebounds while training. The Everhide Speed Bag can be used for any speed bag workout.
