- Please present the original wristband (which is collected from the Thompsons' Holidays offices) to the uShaka Marine World ticketing office situated at the main entrance.
- You will then be issued with a new wristband providing you access to both Sea World and Wet 'n Wild.
- Please note that block-out dates do apply over Public Holidays & School Holidays.

- Please note that any lost or stolen wristbands will not be replaced.
