How to Redeem
- Purchase your 15 or 30 vida Solo Caffè vouchers through OneDayOnly
- Download the vida app here: https://vidaecaffe.com/rewards/app/
- Register on the vida app and fill in your contact number correctly on OneDayOnly. (NB: The cell numbers must match for correct redemption)
- Vida will load your vouchers on the vida app within 3-5 working days from purchase. These will be redeemable via the vida app only
Important Terms & Conditions
- The vouchers will be loaded through the vida app 3-5 working days from purchase.
- Each voucher is redeemable on a Single Espresso, Double Espresso, Solo Americano, Solo Cappuccino, Solo Meia de Leite Double, Solo Meia de Leite Single, Solo Bullet, Solo Caramel Latte, Solo Hazelnut Latte or Solo Vanilla Latte.
- Your vouchers section on the vida app has a limit of 10 vouchers on the display. Although you will still have the 15 or 30 vouchers allocated to you - you will not be able to see all 15 or 30. Once you use 1 voucher, the next one will populate into your vouchers section.
- You may only redeem 1 voucher per day.
- Vouchers can be redeemed until 31 March 2022.
- All vouchers auto-redeem. Therefore, you simply order your choice of Solo Caffe. Click on "Pay and Earn" in the Vida app, and select “Just Earn Loyalty” to redeem a voucher. A QR code will be generated. Scan the code which will auto-redeem your voucher. Proceed to checkout.
- Only 1 subscription per cellphone number.
