How this works
- The Mirage will handle all reservations, so please make ALL reservations with them

- Once you have placed your order, a redemption number will be sent to you within 2 working days after payment
- Please contact The Mirage with your redemption code at hand
- You will receive an email with a confirmation of your booking
- Bookings can be confirmed 24 hours in advance
- You will be required to be at the yacht to board 30min prior to departure, failure to do so the Mirage will release your booking to walk-in clients on the day
- If you miss your cruise time you can have the option to move to the next available time slot or the next day
- The Mirage requires a minimum of 8 passengers to sail
- No refunds on the voucher
Terms & Conditions
- We regret no refunds will be given
- In the unlikely event that there is bad weather, the Mirage will at their discretion move the cruise to an alternative date
- Should the event have to be cancelled indefinitely, you will be provided with vouchers for Day Sails or Sunset Cruises in lieu of the ticket bought
- Tickets cannot be resold for cash
- Tickets are not transferable and cannot be resold or offered for resale
- No beverages, alcoholic or non-alcoholic will be allowed onboard
- You must have your printed voucher ready to obtain your boarding pass on arrival
- Limited to 10 deals per customer
- Booking is essential and subject to availability*
- Present printed deal to redeem on arrival to the yacht
- *Subject to availability: The establishment has the available dates mentioned, but as there are a limited amount of rooms available per night, we always recommend booking within 24 hours after receiving your redemption code to avoid disappointment.
