• Switch the Bluetooth off on your mobile phone
• Open the app and select the watch icon in the bottom centre of the screen
• Click on “ADD DEVICE”
• Find your watch model and select it
• A message will come up asking you to permit to switch Bluetooth on ( Please give permission)
• The watch will be connected and the time and date will change to the time and date on your mobile phone
• If this is not successful – then please go into the menu of the watch and select “ RESET WATCH” then follow the steps above
