The frying pan is ideal for searing, roasting and frying meat at high temperatures. The curve of the wall is specifically designed to easily manipulate and turn food as delicate as omelette and pancakes. The squeeze cast aluminium is a great heat conductor and ensures heat distribution and retention, helping save energy. Biotan is the Squality non-stick coating exclusively developed in their factory. It offers exceptional performance and longevity and allows for healthy cooking as little oil is needed. A unique cast-in-handle eliminates the necessity for screws or rivets, and the silicone on the handle provides a non-slip grip. Wash in hot water with conventional, mild detergent and a soft sponge. Not dishwasher safe. A matching, fitting lid is available to purchase separately.

• Care instructions:
• Before use clean the pan/ pot with warm water and a mild detergent. After drying the cookware thoroughly, wipe the interior lightly with sunflower oil, and remove any excess with a dry paper towel before storing the cookware.
• Should something burn in terribly, cover the pan with a layer of baking soda and a little bit of water (texture of toothpaste) and leave it standing overnight. Next day rinse with water.
• The pan is dishwasher safe, however, the bottom will turn black in the dishwasher as it is aluminium. This, however, has no influence on the cooking results but please use kitchen paper towels (not cloth) to dry the base as it will leave a black stain on the cloth.
