Espresso Capsules

Lungo Capsules

A lungo is a coffee beverage that is similar to an espresso but with a longer extraction time. It is made by running water through finely ground coffee for an extended period, typically resulting in a larger and slightly milder cup compared to espresso. The extended extraction process allows more water to pass through the coffee grounds, extracting additional flavours and creating a different taste profile. The term "lungo" is Italian for "long," reflecting the longer brewing time in comparison to a standard espresso.
