Founded in 1682, Blaauwklippen is one of the oldest wine farms in Stellenbosch. - Aroma: piney juniper, blackcurrant red wine tannins, with sweet cinnamon spicy notes
- Taste: sweet red berries with cranberry juice, dry piney juniper and tea-like tannins, which evolve into black pepper and Angelica root nutty/woodiness
- Aftertaste: warming berry with lemon citrus develops into a lingering cinnamon spice finish
