Within is the laboratory of PJ Rigney, boundary-pushing begetter of hand-made spirits who slow distills gin with nature's finest oriental botanicals and gunpowder tea. This gin is distilled in Ireland and has an oriental-inspired flavour. It's made with oriental botanicals and slow-dried Gunpowder green tea which is then distilled in copper pots. It has smooth layers of fresh citrus fruit mingled with gentle undertones of spicy herbs and green tea. It's a silky smooth exotic gin with a lingering finish.
