- Nose: Quite light and floral with pronounced citrus and soft fruit notes. Apricots, peaches and red berries.
- Palate: Very soft in the mouth but retains a lemon note, that turns to baked peach in syrup shot through with spicy pepper.
- Finish: This is where the spice notes come more to the fore but it's all very light and restrained.
- Maturation: 10 Years in the Barrel
- Alcohol by Volume: 43%

- Nose: Dry fig, potpourri, citrus and a hint of white chocolate.
- Palate: Dried fruit flavours with honey and oak.
- Finish: Well balanced with a long lingering aftertaste.
