• A valid passport is required per passenger, visas may be necessary and insurance is essential.

How this works

• Once you have placed your order, a redemption code will be sent to you within two working days after the payment
• Vouchers are to be redeemed & booked directly with Pentravel within 24 hrs of receiving your code. Late redemption/booking may result in price fluctuations
• Cruise reservations are required to be made with Pentravel by calling: 021 412 1620

• Contact Pentravel with your redemption code at hand
• Please include the First name / Surname (must match passport / ID document) / Date of Birth and gender for each passenger traveling as well as your preferred email and cellphone contact info
• You will receive confirmation of your cruise by email.
• Upon receipt of your booking confirmation, you will be required to sign a travel sales agreement with Pentravel.
• Once your cruise booking is finalised, you are required to register on www.ncl.com for a MyNCL account. 
• Guests are required to complete their online check-in on this platform 3 - 21 days before their sail date, E-docs will appear for print/download 24-hours AFTER online check-in has been completed.
