Situated at the foot of the Dewetsberg mountain in the ruggedly beautiful Scherpenheuvel region, we have been producing a wide range of quality wines since the early 1990s. Part of the Worcester wine route, Cilmor is a comfortable and scenic day trip from Cape Town.

Our winemaking philosophy is to combine our expertise with state-of-the-art machinery to produce modern wines which showcase the cultivar expression of our unique region.

• Awards: Double Gold Gilbert & Gaillard, Gold Veritas, 4 Star Platter.
• A white blend of Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
• Light straw yellow colour. 
• Floral and blossom nuances lead to an array of dried stone fruit. 
• Ripe fruity entry, balanced on the palate with a similar sweet impression on the finish.
• Enjoy with creamy pasta dishes.
