Puff it up!

While the rest of the world knows our country as 'Sunny South Africa', there are definitely parts of the interior that get bitterly cold in winter. Anyone making a stop in Mooi River to buy some biltong en route from Joburg to Durban in the middle of June will know exactly what we mean.

Compared to the town of Yakutsk in Russia, though, we have it pretty easy. Famously known as one of the coldest places on earth, annual temperatures here average at a solid -8 degrees! For even the hardiest of us, that kind of climate is just a little too chilly to braai in. Unless, of course, you make the most of our main deal: Yakutsk puffer jackets from Advance.
