The Rustenberg Estate was founded in 1682 and is nestled in the valley of the Simonsberg Mountain in South Africa’s premium wine region, Stellenbosch. Rustenberg’s rich heritage and ethos have been informed by many centuries of human influence striving to understand and work with nature to produce wines of distinct character true to their terroir, variety and informed style.

- Made without the influence of oak, the wine is aged on its lees for 2-3 months for further palate weight and complexity to balance out the wine's natural acidity.
- The intrinsic Sauvignon Blanc characteristics of tropical fruits, melon and gooseberry, with underlying tones of pineapple and passion fruit sustained on a fresh, crisp and well-balanced palate with prodigious length.
- Aging potential of 1-3 years from vintage.
- Enjoy on its own, or pair with various seafood dishes.
