The vineyards around Frankenberg Castle were already listed in official documents centuries ago. The philosophy of our winery guarantees sustainable cultivation of the soil, careful selection during the harvest and careful use of cellar technology. This is how classic white wines full of elegance and body are created. The Schloss bottlings are drawn on Schlegel bottles, which are designed according to historical models.

- 100% Sylvaner from the Wolfsgrube area in Germany, southern-aligned steep slopes.
- Intense yellow fruits on the nose, especially quince jam with freshly dried wild flowers, wild herbs and chamomile. Substantial with a smoky taste, honeydew melon notes, and plenty of power and structure.
- Concentrated fragrances of quince and wildflowers, herbs and chamomile announce a substantial and intriguingly smoky palate with flashes of honeydew melon. Elegant and stylish.
- This wine will pair beautifully with pork or vegetarian dishes.
