Situated near Stellenbosch, Spier is one of South Africa’s oldest wine farms with a recorded winemaking history dating back to 1692. While rooted in this heritage, we've got a vibrant and conscious energy, and are home to one of the largest collections of contemporary South African art.

- Malolactic fermentation was done with 20% of the wine in neutral French-oak barrels and the remainder in tanks with French oak staves to complement the wine’s flavour profile and length.
- Bright blackberry and blackcurrant fruit supported by cedar spice and dark chocolate introduce a rich, smooth palate with dense tannin and a refreshing finish.
- Enjoy with roast beef and root vegetables.
