Laborie Estate is a historic working farm in the foothills of Paarl Mountain, less than an hour’s drive from Cape Town. A gem of an estate located in the heart of Paarl, that has been revived as a one-stop destination in the Cape Winelands. Laborie Wines are known and loved all over South Africa and Internationally.  The range consists of a trio of Methode Cap Classique sparkling wines,  a selection of Whites and Reds and a quality dry Rosé. The limited selection of Taillefert Wines is the official range of Laborie Estate. 

Product Features

• Award: Gold Michelangelo.
• This wine was oak matured for 12 to 14 months.
• This luxurious, deep purple Shiraz has prominent aromas of ripe plum, blackcurrant and dried spice, with hints of aniseed and cloves.
• The palate benefited from judicious oaking, which delivered a full, juicy tannin structure and good length.
• Pairs well with red meat or spicy tomato-based pasta dishes.
