About
The Walker Bay Estate was founded in 2003 with the planting of our first grape vines. Since then the estate has grown into a fully functioning vineyard and winery, including state-of-the-art winery equipment to ensure the our winemaker can produce the best blends possible.

- Destemmed and crushed, 6 hours skin contact, pressed, settled across two days, clean juice fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16 – 17 degrees C.
- This 70% Semillion, 30% Sauvignon Blanc blend shows rich aromas of lime zest and yellow cling peaches.
- Balanced acidity and citrus on the palate.
- Pairs well with oysters, crab meat, seafood salad, creamy mussels, lightly cooked shellfish, green vegetables, Goat’s cheese salad.
