Situated near Stellenbosch, Spier is one of South Africa’s oldest wine farms with a recorded winemaking history dating back to 1692. While rooted in this heritage, we've got a vibrant and conscious energy, and are home to one of the largest collections of contemporary South African art.

- Award: Double Gold Veritas.
- Only free-run juice drained by gravity was used for fermentation, 60% of which was fermented in stainless-steel tanks and 40% in older French oak barrels.
- Thereafter, the wine spent 8 months on the lees.
- The oak component was blended with the stainless-steel fermented wine prior to bottling.
- Aromas of mandarin and pear drops with undertones of raw almonds on the nose.
- The creamy palate offers fresh citrus, nectarine and well-integrated vanilla.
- Enjoy with pork chops, roast chicken or creamy mushroom pasta.
