- After fermentation, the wine is racked from the gross lees and aged on the fine lees for 6 months.
- Ripe yellow stone fruit and tropical aromas, layered with minerality tones.
- A well-rounded, full delicate palate with well-balanced acidity and a layered long finish.
- Enjoy on its own, or pair with gorgonzola and pear salad, fresh seafood, or even pavlova.

Time for a Replay
Back in the early to mid-90s, we (well, those who were around back then) used to listen to music on cassette tapes - something many might consider 'vintage' at this point. Once we'd reached the end of one side of the tape, we'd have to pop it out, flip it over and press 'Play' again to listen to the rest of the album. The things we used to do, eh?
