Noble Hill is an estate grower on the slopes of the Simonsberg mountains. We follow a minimal-intervention winemaking philosophy and make delicate, fresh wines with mineral structure. We hope you can taste the granite character of our soils in every glass. The Simonsberg mountains, where our vineyards are located, have produced South Africa’s finest wines for more than 300 years.

• After fermentation in tank, our Sauvignon Blanc gains body and weight through three months of lees contact. 
• A delicate aroma eliciting gooseberry, green apple, and shiso leaf. 
• The wine tastes cool and juicy with a crisp natural acidity. 
• The finish is elegant and balanced: perfect for seafood, delicate flavours, or as an apéritif!
