• Awards: Top 100 & Double Platinum National Wine Challenge, Double Gold Michelangelo 2023, Silver Veritas.
• After fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in a selection of French, American and European oak. 
• Further maturation takes place in these barrels for a period of 18 to 21 months, followed by an additional 6 months of bottle maturation prior to release.
• Red fruit and liquorice aromas leap from this engaging Cabernet Sauvignon. 
• With juicy raspberry leading the way, the nose flows to the palate. 
• Here, a shade of spice joins the orchestra to be supported by fine, ripe tannins that lend poise, depth and an endless, velvet finish.
