Situated between the Breede River and Langeberg mountains in Robertson, lies Bon Courage Wine Estate. Here, the Bruwer family produces a selection of fine wines ranging from noble whites, classic reds and fortified dessert wines to the elegant and award-winning Cap Classique sparkling wines.

- New vintage release, and has therefore not been rated as yet.
- Previous Vintage Awards: Old Mutual Trophy Wine Show, Gold Winner; Gold Michelangelo.
- 3/4 through fermentation, half of the wine was racked into 100% new American oak barrels.
- It was then racked into 100% new French oak barrels after 6 months.
- The wine was then oak matured for 18 - 24 months in 100% new oak.
- A complex aroma of red berry fruit with soft tones of chocolate and espresso.
- Round and full mouth-feel showing mulberry, sweet spice and pepper with a silky texture and velvet character.
- Made to be enjoyed now, but can be cellared for a further 5 years.
- Superb with robust dishes such as slow-cooked casseroles, potjiekos with lamb, as well as all types of game.
