About

Noble Hill is an estate grower on the slopes of the Simonsberg mountains. We follow a minimal-intervention winemaking philosophy and make delicate, fresh wines with mineral structure. We hope you can taste the granite character of our soils in every glass. The Simonsberg mountains, where our vineyards are located, have produced South Africa’s finest wines for more than 300 years.

Product Features

• Previous vintage awards: 91 Points Tim Atkin.
• A red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc.
• From hand-sorting at harvest, each component of this wine begins its fermentation in tank and completes it in 225L French oak barrels.
• This wine elicits the aromas and tastes of fresh blackcurrant, plum, and a touch of mint. 
• Oak plays a well-integrated and focused supporting role. 
• This vintage can be enjoyed confidently from now through 2029.
• Enjoy with slow-roast lamb, braised venison, or even rare steak.
