The AndreVerdier Laguiole Classique Steak Knife Set comes in a lidded wooden box, and the material used for the blade is 2.5mm hardened X46Cr13 stainless steel. The set consists of a six plain-edge steak knives, which give you a smoother cut than the serrated steak knives. The handle has the traditional trademark bee logo on it, and the back is engraved mechanically. The handle is riveted to the full tang blade with 5 rivets. The Classique Steak Knives are the classy way to cut through that perfectly cooked steak!
