Established in 1693, our Fairview wines are produced from our older vineyards grown on prime sites, bringing you carefully crafted wines brimming with elegance and complexity. Since the first bottling under the Fairview Wine in 1974, this classic collection of single variety bottlings is continually growing, while always striving to ensure we reflect our traditional strengths and leave room to explore current fascinations. By maintaining traditional reds at the core of our range such as Shiraz and Pinotage, we have naturally evolved to include a growing white wine selection of farm favourites such as Chenin Blanc and Viognier. Product Features

• The free-run juice was settled for two days before the clear juice was racked off and cold fermented in tank. 
• On completion of fermentation, the wine was left on the fine lees before bottling.
• Pale straw in colour.
• Tropical fruit aromas including pineapple and kiwi, gently balanced with fresh lime zest.
• A medium-bodied palate with rich fruity flavours, a touch of creaminess followed by a lingering crisp finish.
• Enjoy with pan-fried prawns.
