Product Features

Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

• After malolactic fermentation, the wine was racked of the lees and aged on a selection of French oak staves for 12 months, to enhance the structure and balance of the wine.
• This wine displays an enticing combination of vibrant, bright red fruit and cherries with hints of vanilla and plums on the nose. 
• The wine is juicy and soft supported by firm tannins with delightful hints of cigar box and sweet almond. 
• The palate finishes on an earthy and graphite note, with a perfect balance between fruit and oak.
• Enjoy with various hearty dishes such as homemade beef burgers, beef steak, or roast lamb.
• Alcohol by Volume: 14%

Merlot 2020

• The wine was aged on a selection of French oak staves for approximately 12 months.
• Vibrant black cherry and plum aromas with a hint of tomato plant and dark chocolate. 
• The wine has instant appeal with soft, squish, succulent dark fruit with a light tobacco leaf edge. 
• Ample plum and cherry with spice highlights and deeper earth and cocoa notes below. 
• Softly textured but with a supportive structure and frame. 
• Lovely, generous ripe-fruited finish.
• Enjoy with a beef fillet smothered in mushroom sauce.
• Alcohol by Volume: 14%

Shiraz 2020

• Alcoholic fermentation was completed in stainless steel tanks ensuring the preservation of bright red fruit.
• The wine was pressed and racked off the lees after malolactic fermentation, and then aged on a selection of French oak staves for approximately 12 months.
• Beautiful typical varietal Shiraz perfume with an enticing floral overlay.
• A combination of red and purple fruit dominates the nose with violets and hints of spice.
• The palate dances with a combination of raspberry and blackcurrant, that fades into a smokey and flinty finish.
• Soft and elegant tannins are well supported by good structure and body.
• Enjoy with various red meat dishes such as rack of lamb, beef fillet, or roast.
• Alcohol by Volume: 14.5%
