Noble Hill is an estate grower on the slopes of the Simonsberg mountains. We follow a minimal-intervention winemaking philosophy and make delicate, fresh wines with mineral structure. We hope you can taste the granite character of our soils in every glass. The Simonsberg mountains, where our vineyards are located, have produced South Africa’s finest wines for more than 300 years.

• Previous vintage awards: 4.5 Star (92 Points) Platter.
• This wine is matured in 225L oak barrels for 18 months.
• We taste black fruit, cedar, and a hint of spice. 
• This wine should age elegantly and show increased refinement through to at least 2028.
• Pairs beautifully with a medium or rare steak.
