Brut Cap Classique
- Awards: Gold Amorim Cap Classique Challenge, Gold Effervescents du Monde.
- The wine is left on the lees for two years before the sediment is removed in the traditional process of “remuage” and “dégorgement”.
- Crisp green apple notes and the nuttiness of freshly baked bread are prevalent on the nose.
- On the palate, delicate yeasty tones, layered with toast and ripe fruit are enlivened by a firm mousse and persistent bead that make it particularly attractive.
- It imparts a wonderful foamy mouthful of blackberry fruit flavours with a long lingering aftertaste.
- A superb partner to sashimi or oysters.
- Varietals: 50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay.
- Alcohol by Volume: 11.68%
Rosé Cap Classique
- Awards: Gold Armorim Cap Classique Challenge, Gold Effervescents du Monde.
- The wine is left on the lees for two years before the sediment is removed in the traditional process of “remuage” and “dégorgement”.
- Delicate strawberry tones are layered with whiffs of baked bread.
- On the palate, it is perfectly balanced with clean acidity and juicy blackberry fruit.
- Pair with rich duck confit, or truffle and mushroom risotto.
- Varietals: 60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay.
- Alcohol by Volume: 12%
Noble Nectar Cap Classique
- Awards: Silver Effervescents du Monde, Silver International Wine and Spirit Competition, Silver Global Masters Rosé.
- After secondary fermentation in the bottle, the wine was left to mature on the lees for a minimum of 24 months.
- On the palate the velvety, creamy butter and citrus notes blend seamlessly with delicate bubbles, light yeasty aromas, crisp, juicy pears, and litchi.
- Gorgeous on its own or served with Marsala or Thai chicken curry, smoorsnoek parcels, duck spring rolls served with a quince and chilli jam, fresh strawberries, créme brûlée and tiramisu.
- Varietals: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir.
- Alcohol by Volume: 12.68%
