Sparkling Blanc de Blanc

• Awards: Gold & Wine Of The Year SA Woman's Wine & Spirits Award, Gold Catavinum World Wine & Spirits Competition.
• After alcoholic fermentation is completed, wine is left on lees to develop complexity prior to bottling.
• Pale straw-coloured with lime-green hues, this vibrant wine has an intense attack, with lots of lively bubbles racing from the depth of the glass towards the rim. 
• It boasts a charming, fresh palate with zippy acidity and fresh fruit following through, with the bubbles creating an exciting explosion in the mouth. 
• Enjoy with sushi, fresh oysters, or prawns.
• Alcohol by Volume: 12.6%
• Varietal: 100% Chardonnay

Sparkling Brut Rosé

• Awards: Gold Michelangelo, Double Gold National Wine Challenge & Top 100, Gold International Wine & Spirits Spain.
• The distinct grape varieties made famous by the great Champagne houses of France take centre stage in this blend.
• A fresh and unpretentious wine with a soft salmon pink hue. 
• Crisp green apple with hints of strawberry, watermelon and pomegranate on the nose follow through to the palate. 
• Supported by a lively mousse, this wine has a dry finish with subtle hints of watermelon and candyfloss.
• Pairs beautifully with various creamy risotto dishes and chocolate desserts.
• Alcohol by Volume: 12.5% 
• Varietals: Pinot Noir 55%, Chardonnay 45%
