Haute Cabrière has been part of the DNA of the South African wine lover since its inception, inspiring supporters to live and enjoy the art of life. Situated on the Franschhoek Pass, Haute Cabrière has been creating wines from Burgundian cultivars for the past 25 years. • A pioneering blend of Syrah and Pinot Noir.
• Expect a rich colour and intense red fruit and spice on the nose, followed by hints of cedar from the 18 months' maturation in French oak barrels.
