• This is a new vintage that has not been rated yet.
• Previous vintage awards: Platinum Certificate of Excellence South African Wine Index, Gold Catavinum, Double Gold Gilbert & Gaillard, Double Platinum & Top 100 National Wine Challenge.
• Previous vintage awards: Double Gold & Top 100 National Wine Challenge, Gold International Wine & Spirits Awards, Top 10 Finalist Standard Bank Chenin Blanc Challenge, Double Gold Michelangelo.
• A blend of barrel-matured and fresh, crisp tank-fermented Chenin Blanc, approximately 25% of this wine was wild-yeast fermented, then aged in older French oak barrels to provide complexity and depth.
• The remainder of the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks, highlighting the wonderful, primary-fruit character of this vintage.
• This wine boasts a very pale, lemony colour with youthful, lime-green hues towards the meniscus.
• Beautiful aromas of fresh Golden Delicious apple, peach and honeysuckle on the nose follow through to the palate, along with the tiniest hints of minerality and just a touch of ginger. 
• The wine’s crisp acidity, beautifully balanced with the fruit, leads to a lingering, creamy yet refreshing citrus-fruit finish.
• Enjoy with creamy pasta.
