Also known as a whirrer or a wizzy stick. They're incredible little things.
They'll turn your lumpy potato soup into a smooth, silky Michelin-star-worthy vichyssoise faster than you can say "what in the world is a vichyssoise?".
(It's just a really ridiculously smooth potato-based soup. Surprise.)
Sticks, interestingly enough, are a real struggle to blend. So don't let the name fool ya.
