The Joseph Barry range is crafted in the quaint village of Barrydale. A traditional Woudberg copper still yields small batches of particularly pure spirit, which then spends years maturing in oak barrels. Our cool underground maturation chamber is the perfect place for time to work its magic. Here, the spirit gains its golden colour and characteristic smoothness. Individual lots are only released once we are satisfied that the spirit of the Klein Karoo is truly reflected in each bottle.
