Rennie Peppermint tablets work quickly to relieve symptoms of indigestion and heartburn. These tablets contain antacid to neutralise excess stomach acid. Rennie tablets deal with heartburn with two naturally-occurring antacids called magnesium carbonate and calcium carbonate which neutralise the stomach acid by turning it into water and other natural substances.
