• Ingredients:
• Blackseed Capsules: Each capsule contains an extract of: Nigella sativa 450 mg. Sugar-Free.
• Blackseed Pure Oil: Contains 100ml pure Cummin Seed Oil.
• Directions for use:
• Blackseed Capsules: Adults and children over twelve: 1 to 2 capsules daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
• Blackseed Pure Oil: One teaspoon (5ml) daily after a meal. Do not exceed 5mls of pure oil per day.
