<li>Palate: Very soft in the mouth but retains a lemon note, that turns to baked peach in syrup shot through with spicy pepper.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Finish: This is where the spice notes come more to the fore but it's all very light and restrained.</li>
<li>Maturation: 10 Years in the Barrel</li>
