Our biltong is cut from the silverside of the carcass and is naturally dried to ensure quality
All of our Wagyu is cut to your specific order. We do our utmost to cut exactly to the purchase weight, but please note that there may be a variance of 5% below or 10% above the final weight.
All products that are delivered to your door are vacuum sealed. The cold chain is extremely important to ensure optimum quality therefore, please keep unfrozen products refrigerated between 0-4 degrees Celcius for up to 2 weeks. Please make sure to freeze the refrigerated product after this time period. Frozen products, however, should go directly into your freezer if you are not planning to eat them within the next day. These frozen products include patties, mince, sausage, short rib, marrow bones, and osso buco.
