All AMT pots and pans are made from heavy-duty hand-cast aluminum, with their self-developed coating Lotan® which makes cleaning easier and keeps the pans hygienically clean.

  • Care Instructions:
    • Wipe with cooking oil and remove excess with a paper towel
    • Using high heat suitable fats and oils will prolong the life of the cookware. Do not use cold-pressed oils like Olive oil, diet fats and diet margarine for cooking
    • Do not overheat for prolonged periods of time as the oil or fat will burn and leave a black residue which could affect the non-stick quality of the coating
    • Do not use metal utensils or cut in the cookware
    • After use, the surface might change to a light brown colour. Do not try to remove with steel wool or scouring agent

    • The pan is dishwasher safe, however, the bottom will turn black in the dishwasher as it is aluminium. This, however, has no influence on the cooking results but please use kitchen paper towels (not cloth) to dry the bottom as the cloths will have black stains.
